Tea, just how we like it.
If you’re a tea lover like us, we know how important it is to get it right. It just doesn’t taste the same if you do it any other way, we suggest always try to use loose leaf tea to bring out the flavour, aroma & benefits.
There are so many different types of tea out there, with the over growing herbal tea ranges, there is a different way to brew each one. Below we have summarised how much, how long & the ideal temperatures.
When making a mug or a pot pour hot water into the teapot to warm it before you brew.
Herbal Teas are not actually teas because they don't contain leaves from the plant Camellia Sinensis. Instead, they are infusions made from the roots, leaves, flowers, seeds and fruits.
Tea Strainers or infusers baskets allows tea leaves room to expand, producing a better-quality tea.
Loose tea remains good for about 2 years, provided you keep it away from light and moisture. Tea bags are good for about six months before they lose their quality or flavour.
